While we aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our baked goods.

Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation of your order details. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided, including contact details and order selections, is accurate at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we are unable to fulfil it, if incorrect pricing has been displayed, or if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on this website are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order, unless another arrangement has been confirmed directly by us.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Any pricing changes will not affect confirmed orders that have already been paid for.

5. Collections and Delivery

Customers are responsible for collecting their orders at the agreed collection time unless delivery has been specifically arranged. Please ensure that orders are collected promptly to maintain freshness and product quality.

If delivery is offered, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Perishable Goods

All baked goods sold by Candy’s Home Bakes and Pastries are perishable. Proper storage and handling after collection or delivery are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for damage, spoilage, or deterioration once the order has been collected or delivered in good condition.

7. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on baked goods. If your order is incorrect or not up to our quality standards, you must contact us within 1 hour after collection.

If your claim is found to be valid, we may offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible due to our preparation and baking schedules.

9. Limitation of Liability

Candy’s Home Bakes and Pastries will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products, except where required by law.

Our total liability in relation to any order will be limited to the amount paid for that order.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the website’s functionality or security.
