1. Perishable Items:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on baked goods. However, if your order is incorrect or not up to our quality standards, please contact us within 1 hour after collection.

2. Reporting Issues:

For any issues, please email us at info@candyshomebakesandpastries.co.za or call 078 116 0172 and include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.

3. Refunds and Replacements:

If your claim is valid, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.

4. Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement. After this window, cancellations may not be possible due to our preparation and baking schedules.
